I don't know my exact birth time. Can I still get a reading?

Yes. When you select "I don't know my birth time," we generate your reading using three pillars (Year, Month, Day) instead of four. You still receive a meaningful analysis of your personality, career aptitude, and elemental balance. The Hour Pillar provides additional nuance about your inner desires and later life, so if you can find your birth time later (from a birth certificate or family records), you can get a more complete reading.

I paid but my reading didn't load. What should I do?

Open the Telegram bot @daily_saju_bot and check your point balance with /me — if points were credited, run the reading again (e.g. /today). If your Telegram Stars payment succeeded but points were not credited, email us with the Telegram transaction ID (shown in the bot's successful-payment message) and we will resolve it promptly.

Can I get a refund?

Once an AI reading has been generated and delivered, payments are non-refundable because the service has been fully rendered. However, we issue full refunds for technical errors that prevented delivery, duplicate charges, or system malfunctions. See our Terms of Service for full refund policy details.

How do I access my reading again on a different device?

Return to Daily Saju and enter the same birth information (name, gender, date, time). If a cached reading exists for your birth data, it will be retrieved automatically without additional charge.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We only collect the minimum data needed to generate your reading (name, gender, birth date/time). We never sell your data to third parties. Card details (when web card payments go live via Toss Payments) are handled entirely by the PG — we never see your full card number. In-chat purchases use Telegram Stars, which never exposes card data to us. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

What languages are supported?

Daily Saju generates readings in seven languages: Korean (한국어), English, Japanese (日本語), Chinese (中文), Spanish (Español), Thai (ภาษาไทย), and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt). Each reading is generated natively in your chosen language, not machine-translated.

Card payments (web)

Card payments on the web are processed by Toss Payments Corp. (Republic of Korea) and are currently pending PG onboarding. Until web card payments are enabled, please complete your purchase inside the Telegram bot using Telegram Stars (run /buy in @daily_saju_bot).
