By accessing or using Astral Saju ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Astral Saju provides AI-generated Four Pillars (사주팔자) destiny readings. Our service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to interpret traditional Korean Saju principles based on the birth date, time, and gender information you provide.

The Service includes a free personality reading, premium paid readings, daily fortune analysis, compatibility readings, and an Ask Saju question-and-answer feature. All content is generated dynamically by AI and is unique to each user's birth chart.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

All readings, forecasts, daily fortunes, compatibility analyses, and answers provided by Astral Saju are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

Saju is a traditional cultural practice rooted in East Asian philosophy. While our AI strives to provide meaningful interpretations, the insights are speculative in nature and should be treated as one perspective among many. You should not make important life decisions — including medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions — based solely on our readings. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Astral Saju. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user under 18 has made a purchase, we will issue a refund and delete their data.

5. Pricing & Points System

The Service uses a points-based model. Readings are consumed in the Telegram bot; points can be purchased on the website or topped up with stablecoins.

Point Packages (one-time purchases)

Point Costs per Feature

Prices are in US Dollars and may be updated from time to time. Any price changes will apply only to future purchases or subsequent subscription renewals. A 20-point signup bonus is granted at first login; signup bonuses are non-refundable.

6. Monthly Subscription

We may offer one or more monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you acknowledge the following:

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. The card on file will be charged the then-current monthly price.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the customer portal link in your confirmation email or by emailing us. Access to the subscription benefits continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prorated changes: Plan upgrades are effective immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Price changes: We will give at least 14 days' notice by email before any subscription price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; otherwise you may cancel before the next renewal.
• Point grants: Points granted as part of a subscription benefit expire at the end of the subscription period unless otherwise stated. Used points are not refundable.
• Suspension on failed payment: If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry; if all retries fail, the subscription is paused and subscription benefits are suspended until the payment method is updated.

7. Payments & Refunds

Card Payments & Subscriptions

Card payments and monthly subscription billing are processed securely by Stripe. Merchant of record: OVER TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. (Singapore). Your statement descriptor will reflect this entity. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Refund Policy (one-time point purchases)

Unused points from a one-time purchase may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed any of them. Partial refunds for partially-consumed purchases are not provided except where required by law. Once points are consumed to generate an AI reading the portion consumed is non-refundable, as the service has been fully rendered.

Full refunds are always provided for:

• Technical errors that prevented your reading from being delivered
• Duplicate charges caused by a system error
• Readings generated with obviously incorrect data due to a system malfunction

Refund Policy (subscriptions)

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and subscription benefits (e.g., monthly points grant) have been delivered to your account. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. Exceptions:

• Cancellation within 7 days of first subscription start, provided no subscription benefits have been used.
• Service-outage or billing-error cases will be reviewed and prorated refunds issued at our discretion.

Where local consumer-protection law grants non-waivable refund rights that exceed this section, those rights apply.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept USDC and USDT stablecoin payments on the following blockchain networks: Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Payments are processed through on-chain smart contracts.

Important: Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. Please ensure:

• You are connected to the correct network before confirming a transaction
• You are sending the correct token (USDC or USDT) to the correct contract address
• You have sufficient gas fees in native tokens (ETH, BNB, etc.) to complete the transaction

We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, on unsupported networks, or using unsupported tokens. If you experience a legitimate payment issue (e.g., transaction confirmed on-chain but reading not delivered), contact us with the transaction hash for resolution.

8. AI-Generated Content

All readings on Astral Saju are generated by artificial intelligence. Please understand the following:

• Readings are generated dynamically and may vary slightly in wording if regenerated, even with the same birth data
• The AI interprets traditional Saju principles but does not replicate the judgment of a human Saju master
• Readings should be understood as AI-generated cultural content, not as definitive predictions or professional consultations
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading to your specific life circumstances

9. Account & Access

Astral Saju does not require traditional account registration. Access to your readings is managed through:

• Stripe receipts: Your Stripe receipt email serves as proof of purchase for card payments
• Wallet address: For cryptocurrency payments, your connected wallet address is used to verify payment status
• Browser cache: Readings may be cached in your browser's local storage for convenient access

If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you can still access your reading by returning to the site with the same birth data or payment credentials.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to manipulate or bypass payment verification systems
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at scale
• Reverse-engineering AI prompts, system instructions, or backend logic
• Reselling or commercially redistributing readings generated by the Service
• Using the Service to provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological) to others
• Submitting intentionally malicious or harmful input to the AI system
• Attempting to overload, disrupt, or compromise the Service's infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and educational materials on Astral Saju are the property of Astral Saju and its operators. Readings generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share your reading excerpt on social media for personal purposes but may not commercially redistribute or republish full readings.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astral Saju and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on reading content
• Errors in AI-generated content or Four Pillars calculations
• Unauthorized access to your data resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of cryptocurrency due to incorrect transaction details

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading or feature in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astral Saju and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore, except where a consumer is entitled under mandatory local law of their place of residence to bring an action there.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website.
